Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than two months after first ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. 2. Moderate to light hand paralysis 3. Able to read and understand the written information 4. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Epilepsy 2. Glausoma 3. Hyperthyroidisme 4. Cardiac arytmia 5. Known heart disease or angina. 6. Metal implants 7. Pacemaker 8. Pregnancy 9. Diastolic BP>100 mmHg 10. In treatment with MAO-inhibitor, SSRIs og Ritalin

Main Objective: Measure the effect of Ritalin on short term plasticity in patients with stroke compared to healthy controls. With transcranial magnetic stimulation before and after a trainsession the changes in cortical excitability will be measured.;Secondary Objective: ;Primary end point(s): Changes in Motor Evoked Potentials (MEP), Intra Cortical Inhibition (ICI) and Intra Cortical Fascilitation (ICF).
