Conditions

Rekrutiert werden Patienten mit arterieller Hypertonie und asymptomatischer KHK. Bei diesen Patienten soll untersucht werden, ob Telmisartan zusätzlich zu seinem bekannten antihypertensiven Effekt eine antiinflammatorische Wirkung besitzt. Hierzu wird vor und nach 6 monatiger Telmisartangabe eine Reihe von systemischen Inflammationsparametern evaluiert.
