Inclusion criteria: Patients exposed to major gynecological surgery for via laparotomy in election. Secondary Objective: - Appraisal of the anaesthesiologic conduct in the surgical operation ; - Appraisal of the times of canalization, refeeding and post-operative hospitalization; - Appraisal of the satisfaction of the patients.;Primary end point(s): VAS;Main Objective: To confront, through measurement of the VAS, the validity of the post-operative analgesia in the patients exposed to intravenous analgesia with morphine in pump PCA and epidural analgesia in pump PCEA.	—
