Inclusion criteria: Patients having thoracic epidural anaesthesia for Oesophagogastrectomy. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications for epidural anaesthesia 2. Patients on cardiac medications e.g. B-blockers

Main Objective: The principal research objective is to assess the effects of Adrenaline on improving blood flow through the gastric tube anastomosis (newly formed food pipe). ;Secondary Objective: This study will provide insight into intraoperative and postoperative haemodynamic management for achieving optimal gastric tube blood flow.;Primary end point(s): The primary outcome measure for the study is whether the use of Adrenaline for intraoperative haemodynamic management will achieve optimal gastric tube blood flow in Oesophagectomy done under epidural anaesthesia.	—
