Patients scheduled for toncilectomia need postoperative paintreatment. Morphine has sideeffects: Nausea, vomiting, sedation and dizziness. These sideeffects are og couse unpleasent for the patient and sometimes prolongs there stay in the hospital.

Inclusion criteria: - patients sheduled for a toncilectomie - age between 18 and 50 - ASA 1-2 - given informed content Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who - are unable to cooperate - does not speak and understand danish - has allergy for the drugs used in the trial - drug or alkohol abuse - epilepsi - medicaly treated diabetes - know kidney disease - daily use of analgesi - daily use of antacida - pregnant or nursing - in antidepressiv treatment
