Inclusion criteria: Children taking part in the Genentech Q2788g trial (CTA 00101/0554/004 who provide the additional consent required Are the trial subjects under 18? yes Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) no F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Main Objective: To discover whether Omalizumab treatment which may decrease reactions to peanuts in peanut allergic individuals, alter T cell responses to peanuts. We wish to find out whether Omalizumab might alter the long tern response of the immune system to peanuts;Secondary Objective: ;Primary end point(s): Examine the in vivo effects of monoclonal anti-IgE on peanut specific T cell responses in a clinical trial designed to treat peanut allergy
