Main Objective: percentuale di pazienti che saranno sottoposti a resezione completa ;Secondary Objective: La percentuale di incidenza di complicanze postoperatorie - La percentuale di rispste complete e parziali - TTP (il tempo a progressione, misurato dal 1° giorno di chemioterapia alla prima rilevanza di progressione o morte per la malattia), la durata delle risposte e la sopravvivenza globale ;Primary end point(s): Lo Studio si propone di aumentare la percentuale di resecabilita’ di pazienti con metastasi epatiche da carcinoma del colon retto.
