Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 18-90 chronic renal insufficiency stable dose of calcium-containing phosphatbinding medication for the last four weeks blood pressure=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: intake from niacin during the last six months dose-change for lipid-lowering therapy in the last six weeks another clinical trial in the last 30 days known drug use pregnancy known allergic reaction to niacin liver function disturbances lack of cooperation
