Inclusion criteria: All patients with newly disgnosed, surgically resectable oesophageal adenocarcinoma. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active peptic ulcer disease History of asthma Taking regular NSAIDs Allergy to NSAIDs History of significant cardiovascular disease History of cerebrovascular disease Hitory of moderate to severe renal failure
