Main Objective: Valutare l'efficacia del trattamento con tossina botulinica di tipo B in confronto al placebo e alla tossina botulinica di tipo A Valutare la sicurezza del trattamento con tossina botulinica di tipo B nelle ghiandole salivari, in confronto al trattamento con tossina botulinica di tipo A e al placebo. ;Secondary Objective: Valutare la latenza e la durata dell'efficacia del trattamento con tossina botulinica di tipo B in confronto al trattamento con tossina botulinica di tipo A.
