Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: complicated pregnancy (multiple pregnancy, PIH, IUGR, placenta praevia), predicted difficult CS (>1 previous CS), contraindication to regional anaesthesia, height 175cm, age 40 years, pre-existing neurological disorder, non-English speaking patient
