Inclusion criteria: Voksne ptt. som skal have en total hoftealloplastik. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Påvirket nyre- og/eller leverfunktion. Hypertension. Neurologiske lidelser. Diabetes. Alkolhol- og/midicinmisbrug. CalciumBlokkere eller magnesiumbehandling. Gravide. Morfinallergi.
