| Main Objective: To measure endothel dependent and endothel independent vasodilation in patients with established cardiovascular disease and hyperhomocysteinemia with laser Doppler flowmetry before and after folic acid and ascorbic acid treatment ;Secondary Objective: To measure pulse wave velocity in patients with established cardiovascular disease and hyperhomocysteinemia before and after folic acid and ascorbic acid treatment. To measure hemodynamic changes in patients with established cardiovascular disease and hyperhomocysteinemia with beat to beat blood pressure monitoring before and after folic acid and ascorbic acid treatment. To measure homocystein level in patients with established cardiovascular disease and hyperhomocysteinemia before and after folic acid and ascorbic acid treatment. ;Primary end point(s): Flow change by laser Doppler flowmetry | — |
