Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 70 years in general good health 2. Patients with psoriasis with a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score of 12 or greater 3. Current non-smokers 4. Patients who have not received oral therapy or phototherapy for their psoriasis within the previous 3 months Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breast-feeding females 2. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease, including severe arrhythmias 3. Patients who have had a myocardial infarction within the previous 3 months 4. Patients who have had a cerebrovascular accident, including transient ischaemic attacks, within the previous 3 months 5. Patients who currently smoke
