Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CHARMI® = 6 mobile at room level without assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients in a palliative care situation (life expectancy < 3 months based on clinical assessment by medical staff). • Patients lacking the capacity to consent (e.g., known advanced dementia). • Assessments not possible due to impaired communication skills (e.g., due to lack of language proficiency). • Inability to walk on the treadmill at habitual walking speed for 2 minutes. • Uncontrolled cardiovascular, metabolic, or psychiatric disorders. • Presence of a permanent infusion or continuous use of an oxygen device. • Body weight exceeding 135 kg. • Severe osteoporosis. • Currently existing bone fractures. • Open or chronic wounds. • Surgical interventions within the last eight weeks (including closed reduction of, e.g., joint replacements).
