Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age = 18 years • Male and female patients with asymptomatic or symptomatic heart failure with reduced or preserved ejection fraction (based on diagnosis and/or echocardiographic findings), or who have a history of cardiac assist device implantation or heart transplantation • Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Lack of consent to participate in the biobank
