Group 1: Patients with head and neck tumors who meet the inclusion criteria will be interviewed once (duration: approximately 30–45 minutes) and surveyed via a questionnaire Group 2: Healthcare profes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients • Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of the upper respiratory and digestive tracts, Stage III or IV • Tumor location: oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx, salivary gland, or CUP • Post-surgery and/or post-radiotherapy • Sufficient knowledge of German 2. Healthcare Professionals • At least 2 years of experience caring for patients with head and neck tumors • Professional groups: Physicians (ENT/oral and maxillofacial surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, palliative care physicians), oncology nurses, physical therapists, sports scientists/therapists, psychologists, dietitians, speech-language pathologists • Sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age < 18 years • Lack of capacity to give consent • No written informed consent
