Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ·Signed and dated informed consent form of the legal guardian (and optional from the child) ·Known infectious mononucleosis, SARS-CoV2 or influenza infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Missing informed consent • Known chronic illness 1. Immunodeficiency (primary or secondary (e.g. HIV)) 2. Severe global developmental retardation 3. Diseases associated with increased inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis) • Other confirmed infectious diseases (e.g. hepatitis, tuberculosis) • pregnancy
