Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all patients who underwent laparoscopic resection of peritoneal endometriosis with subsequent histopathological assessment of the proliferation marker Ki-67 in 2020.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Female patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery between January 1 and December 31, 2020 • Histologically confirmed diagnosis of peritoneal endometriosis based on the resected surgical specimen • Availability of histopathological assessment including Ki-67 expression analysis. • Availability of complete clinical and operative documentation enabling characterization of the macroscopic laparoscopic lesion phenotype.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Absence of histological confirmation of endometriosis. • Unavailable or non-evaluable Ki-67 expression analysis. • Incomplete clinical or surgical documentation precluding characterization of the macroscopic laparoscopic lesion phenotype. • Patients whose clinical data cannot be used for research purposes because of legal or institutional restrictions.
