Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed malignancy of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Indication for neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy/radiochemotherapy). Planned curative resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 years. (Alternativ: Age < 18 years) No planned neoadjuvant therapy. Lack of capacity to consent or lack of informed consent to participate.
