Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Tooth extraction with socket/ridge preservation using bone graft material performed - Post-extraction and pre-implantation CBCT scan available - Histological specimens/biopsies from the augmentation site available - Treatment performed within the period 01/2020–12/2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Regeneration period between extraction and implantation >6 months

Development of an evaluation system for quantifying bone neoformation and/or density following augmentation, in correlation with histologically and/or immunohistochemically identifiable inflammatory processes in the augmented area.
