Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: o Newly diagnosed cancer or cancer currently being treated in intensive care (typically = 2 in-person doctor-patient consultations per week) o Or: Recurrence of cancer requiring renewed intensive care o Or: Post-allogeneic or autologous stem cell transplant status while receiving immunosuppressive medication o And: Age >1 year to 18 years o And: Written informed consent from a legal guardian following explanation of the study o And: Written informed consent from the children or adolescents following explanation of the study (=6 years) o And: Meeting the minimum technical requirements at home (Internet speed: =1.5 Mbit/s)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Language barrier due to insufficient knowledge of German or English o Insufficient compliance throughout the process, with no improvement despite intensified training (e.g., inability to operate the device; incorrect performance of capillary blood collection)
