Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: General: Non-smoker, no chronic or acute injuries, trained (exercises more than 3 times a week) (1) Women with an eumenorrheic menstrual cycle or who use a copper-based contraceptive, such as an IUD, copper chain, or copper ball. -> Regular cycle of 21–35 days, at least 9 consecutive periods per year, no hormonal contraception for more than 3 months (2) Women taking the combined oral contraceptive pill. -> For more than 3 months, a combination of ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel, with a 21-day intake phase and a 7-day intake break (3) Women taking the progestin-only pill. -> For more than 3 months, containing desogestrel, with a 28-day intake phase and no intake break (4) Women using the hormonal IUD. -> For more than 3 months, containing levonorgestrel (5) Women diagnosed with a menstrual cycle disorder.
