| The primary outcome is the change in trunk muscle endurance. The co-primary outcome is the change in back health-related knowledge. Trunk muscle endurance will be assessed using standardized physical performance tests, including the plank test, right and left side plank tests, and the Mathias test. The maximum holding time for each test is 120 seconds. Both the increase in back health-related knowledge and the potential improvement in trunk muscle endurance will be evaluated after the four-week intervention. Data collection will include self-administered questionnaires (knowledge test, medical history questionnaire, and physical activity questionnaire) as well as standardized physical assessments conducted at baseline and at the end of the intervention. | — |
