Group 1: Observational group: patients with metastatic breast cancer receiving ongoing systemic anticancer therapy
single standardized, pseudonymized questionnaire (COST-FACIT plus sociodemographic and cost-related items), supplemented by data from medical records. No study-related intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 years or older with histologically confirmed metastatic breast cancer; ongoing systemic anticancer therapy; able to understand and complete the questionnaire; written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Enrolment in another clinical study.
