Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female university students aged 18 years or older. Voluntary participation in the study with written informed consent. Ability to independently perform the exercise intervention and walking assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute musculoskeletal injuries of the lower extremities at the time of assessment. Inability to safely perform the walking trials or the exercise intervention.

| Maximum vertical force normalized to body weight (Fmaxrel.) in the rearfoot, midfoot, and forefoot regions during walking. Data are collected using the Footscan® pressure platform system (RSscan International, Belgium). Assessment time points: - Intervention group (n = 37): before the start of the four-week intervention and after completion of the intervention. - Short-term intervention group (n = 20): immediately before and immediately after the single exercise session.
