Inclusion criteria: Participation in the rehabilitation programme for bereaved families at Nachsorgeklinik Tannheim between 2001 and 2025.

| Secondary outcomes include changes from rehabilitation admission to discharge and up to the routine follow-up contact within one year regarding health-related, psychosocial, and everyday functioning parameters, goal achievement, parental employment status, school attendance of siblings, readmissions, and premature discontinuation. Differences between family constellations and temporal trends over the 25-year observation period will also be analysed descriptively.
