| The GBS-45 (Generic Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior Scale-45; first published in the appendix of the following publication: Schmotz et al., 2023) is a transdiagnostic self-report measure assessing the presence of one or more body-focused repetitive behaviors and consists of 45 items. The difference in the total score (from T0 to T1) serves as the primary outcome measure in this study. The GBS-45 is administered at the baseline and post-intervention assessments. | — |

| The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9; Kroenke et al., 2001; Löwe et al., 2004) is a nine-item self-report questionnaire used to screen for and assess the severity of depressive symptoms. The WHOQOL-BREF (Skevington et al., 2004) is a validated and well-established questionnaire for assessing quality of life. In addition, participants are asked questions regarding the subjective acceptance of online interventions and are invited to provide feedback. Selected items from the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965) are used to assess self-esteem by self-report. The secondary outcome questionnaires are administered at the baseline and post-intervention assessments. | — |
