Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years; confirmed diagnosis of ORN, MRONJ, or CMO; capacity to provide consent; willingness to participate in imaging, surgery, and sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No definitive diagnosis; insufficient tissue samples; contraindications to MRI.
