Inclusion criteria: Treatment in the Geriatric Assessment and Fall Clinic (GISA)

Exclusion criteria: Not capable of giving informed consent, e.g., due to dementia.

Measure	Time frame
Compliance, as assessed through a telephone follow-up interview conducted 3 months after the outpatient visit. Participants will be asked: “Which recommendations from the outpatient visit have you implemented?” The recommendations will be read aloud, explained if necessary, and participants will be asked whether each recommendation was implemented. The total number of recommendations, the number of implemented recommendations, and the proportion of implemented recommendations will be recorded. The proportion of implemented recommendations will be compared statistically between the intervention and control groups.	—

Patient satisfaction is assessed using three items rated on a 5-point Likert scale (1 = worst, 5 = best): – “How well informed do you feel regarding your outpatient visit?” – “How comprehensible were the recommendations for you?” – “How satisfied are you overall with the treatment?” Barriers to implementation are explored using open-ended questions and analyzed qualitatively. Fall incidence is assessed based on the self-reported number of falls during the respective follow-up periods (3 and 12 months). In addition, it is recorded qualitatively whether and in what form an injury occurred as a result of a fall. Compliance at 12 months is assessed as described above.	—
