This qualitative study examines the components of the COM-B framework (Michie et al., 2011) in relation to vaccination communication and administration of the RSV immunisation by healthcare professionals. These components include Behaviour (e.g., how healthcare professionals conduct vaccination counselling), Capability (e.g., how confident they feel in doing so), Physical Opportunity (e.g., whether they perceive competing tasks, time pressure, or stress), Social Opportunity (e.g., how collaboration is organised and what norms are perceived in the work environment), and Motivation (e.g., attitudes towards childhood vaccinations and RSV immunisation).	—
