Inclusion criteria: Completion of a neurological, cardiological, oncological, or psychosomatic WMR service within the past three months

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of perceived work-related needs, the implementation of work-related medical rehabilitation, and setting preferences in inpatient versus outpatient settings, differentiated by neurological, psychosomatic, oncological, and cardiological rehabilitation services. The survey is conducted within three months after WMR. A self-developed questionnaire is used, incorporating the Perceived Treatment Dose questionnaire (dimensions "Consistency of the Work-Related Strategy" and "Goal Attainment").
