Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Licensed general practitioners, practical physicians, specialists in general practice, or specialists in internal medicine working in primary care -Currently practicing in the defined study region (within a 15 km radius of the two participating hospitals) -Capacity to provide informed consent -Sufficient German language skills to participate in an interview

| The primary outcome is the systematic description of primary care provision for people with dementia in a rural region. Data collection is conducted once per participant at the time of the interview using a study-specific, semi-structured interview guide. The interviews will be audio-recorded, transcribed, and pseudonymized. Data analysis will be performed using qualitative content analysis according to Mayring. | — |
