Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Fluent in the German language - Capacity to give informed consent and legal capacity to act - Absence of a psychiatric disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current psychiatric disorder - Central nervous system neurological disorder - Pregnancy - Epilepsy, previous epileptic seizures, or a family history of epilepsy - Severe medical comorbidity - Non-removable ferromagnetic material near the stimulation site (e.g., implants or tattoos) - Withdrawal of informed consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Difference in avoidance behavior between sham stimulation and inhibitory stimulation (cTBS), measured using an approach–avoidance task following each stimulation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Differences in avoidance behavior between the stimulation protocols (cTBS and sham) compared with excitatory stimulation (iTBS), assessed using an approach–avoidance task following each stimulation. 2. Differences in electroencephalography (EEG) correlates between the stimulation conditions, following each stimulation. 3. Differences in decision-making reaction time between the stimulation protocols during task performance, assessed using an approach–avoidance task following each stimulation. 4. Tokens gained during the Approach-Avoidance Task, following each stimulation. 5. Differences in the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) following each stimulation.
