Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Immediate post-intervention change in tissue stiffness of the lumbar myofascial region, assessed immediately before and immediately after the intervention with the IndentoPRO at predefined measurement sites located 2 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm lateral to L3. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary Outcome Measures (assessed at same time points) 1. Change in skin mobility of the lumbar region measured with the re-modified Adheremeter immediately following the intervention. 2. Change in lumbar flexibility measured with the modified Schober test immediately following the intervention. 3. Between-group differences in changes of skin mobility, lumbar flexibility, and tissue stiffness immediately following the intervention. | — |
