Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: The presence of a mental illness treated at the specified locations (in principle, all diagnoses except for a first diagnosis of substance use disorder; at least half of the patients must meet the criteria for a serious mental illness (SMI)), the ability to give informed consent, as well as sufficient German language skills and resilience to participate in an individual interview.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: Primary substance use disorders (patients from the Lake Constance district are not treated there but are primarily referred to the specialized units at the ZfP Weissenau), lack of capacity to give informed consent, insufficient German language skills to conduct an interview, and insufficient resilience to handle an individual interview lasting approximately 45 minutes.
