Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physician diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris or atopic dermatitis for more than 3 months, DLQI >= 5, PHQ-4 >= 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient proficiency in written and spoken German, diagnosed depression, severe psychiatric disorders, pregnancy, lactation, adults lacking the capacity to provide informed consent, acute suicidality, and current substance use disorder (including alcohol and drug abuse).
