Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children/adolescents (under 18 years of age, all genders) - Diagnosed with a Long COVID-like syndrome (Long/Post-COVID, PAIS, PAIVS, ME-CFS) - Severe symptoms requiring home care 2. Caregivers (of all ages and genders) of affected children 3. Staff (of all ages and genders) of outpatient services (SAPV-KJ, Bunte Kreise) – medical, nursing, psychosocial – direct patient contact 4. Staff (of all ages and genders) from the nationwide Comprehensive Care Centers (CCCs) of the PEDNET-LC project - medical, nursing, psychosocial - direct patient contact 5. General: Sufficient knowledge of German
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age of the child/adolescent = 18 years 2. No diagnosed Long COVID-like syndrome (Long/Post-COVID, PAIS, PAIVS, ME-CFS) 3. Mild forms of Long COVID-like syndromes (Long/Post-COVID, PAIS, PAIVS, ME-CFS) that do not require home care 4. Outpatient service staff without direct patient contact (e.g., administrative staff) 5. Inpatient care setting (e.g., staff at hospitals and (rehab) clinics, excluding CCCs) 6. Insufficient German language skills
