Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knowledge of german or english langage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to communicate in german or english language, chronic pain, neuropathy, diabetes, psychic deseases, skin desease with acute symptoms and impairmentof the skin barrier at the forearm, regular itake of medications that can influence pain perception, regular consumption of other compounds that may influnce pain perception (for instance drugs or alcohol abuse), pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Intensity of sensation during electrical and constant heat stimulation before and 5 minutes after intradermal injection.

Intensity of local vasodilation after electrical stimulation of the skin before and 5 minutes after intradermal injection.
