Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This includes all cases in which at least one diagnostic procedure (microscopic examination, culture, molecular detection via PCR, or histopathological findings) was performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: lack of diagnostic testing in one of the two departments involved
