Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent both laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy and simultaneous vaginal hysterectomy between 2018 and 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had previously undergone a hysterectomy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of complication rates (for example, conversion from laparoscopy to laparotomy, administration of blood products, and organ injuries) associated with combined vaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy during the period from 2018 to 2025.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Patient satisfaction and subjective outcome following the procedure, assessed using standardized questionnaires - Recurrence rate of pelvic organ prolapse according to the POP-Q score - Duration of surgery (operative time) - Determination of the average length of hospital stay
