Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Unilateral or bilateral lymphedema of the extremities - Stage II or III - Currently undergoing compression therapy - Trained in the use of adjustable compression wraps - Sufficient manual and sensory function to use adjustable compression wraps - Sufficient verbal comprehension and cognitive ability to participate in the study - Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Significant changes in circumference or anatomical deviations from the approximate physiological circumference at measurement point B1 at the junction of the Achilles tendon and the gastrocnemius muscle due to lymphedema - Contraindications or intolerance to compression therapy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of compression pressure readings (resting pressure in mmHg) between the Juzo Pressure Monitor (JPM) and PicoPress system,

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of pressure readings: - maximum working pressure (mmHg) - venous filling pressure while standing (mmHg) - Static Stiffnes Index (SSI) - measurement deviation different standardized pressure applications
