Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all adult patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty performed by a specific surgeon at the Orthopaedic Clinic König-Ludwig-Haus Würzburg between January 1, 2024,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Implantation of a total hip arthroplasty Between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 Performed by a single defined primary surgeon (single-surgeon study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Implantation of a total hip arthroplasty in the presence of acute fractures, tumors, or metastases Previous or active infection of the affected hip joint Simultaneous bilateral surgical treatment Presence of retained osteosynthesis material in the affected hip joint

Patient satisfaction after primary total hip arthroplasty, measured by the change in PROMs between the preoperative assessment and the 12-month follow-up (WOMAC score and EuroQol EQ-5D).	—
