Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Determination of the diagnostic accuracy of PC-CTA and MR arthrography (expressed in terms of sensitivity, specificity, Youden index, and positive and negative predictive values). Prior to arthroscopy, the following parameters are assessed via arthrography—separately for CT and MRI: SL distance, LT distance, SL angle, RL angle, tears of the palmar and dorsal SL and LT ligaments, TFCC lesions (central/disc, ulnar, and peripheral) based on the classifications by Palmer, Schmitt, and Atzei, cartilage defects, and perfusion deficits indicative of osteonecrosis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determination of the Radiation Dose of PC-CTA (Measured as Dose-Length Product and CT Dose Index).
