Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Professional nurses who work in direct patient care - At least three years of professional experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric nursing - Nursing professionals act in accordance with the reserved activities as defined in Section 4 of the German Nursing Professions Act (Pflegeberufegesetz) - Voluntary consent to participate in the study, as evidenced by a completed informed consent form
