Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing anterior cervical corpectomy without primary posterior stabilization with available pre- and postoperative imaging and sufficient clinical documentation were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with missing imaging data, incomplete clinical documentation, primary posterior stabilization or insufficient follow-up were excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome is the occurrence of cage subsidence after anterior cervical corpectomy. The endpoint is assessed using postoperative radiological follow-up imaging. Data are collected retrospectively from routine clinical records and imaging studies.
