Measure	Time frame
Overall survival (OS) in patients with stage IVA or IVB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Overall survival will be assessed from the date of initial diagnosis until death or last documented follow-up. Retrospective follow-up will cover the period from 2010 to 2026. Data will be retrospectively collected from electronic medical records, clinical documentation systems, discharge letters, and tumor documentation databases.	—
