Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Initial referral to the designated hospital - Pre-hospital referral exclusively via ambulance (RTW), with or without an emergency physician on board - Exclusively ground-based emergency transport - Complete documentation in the standard form of the TraumaRegistry DGU®
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Secondary transfers - Transfers not involving the public emergency medical services (e.g., private transfers) - Air rescue (rescue helicopters)
