Group 1: For patients with a repeat prescription for an oral lipid-lowering agent, current medication adherence is assessed via self-report in the study pharmacy (including the 15-STARS questionnaire)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Written informed consent - Repeat prescription of an oral lipid-lowering agent: statin monotherapy, ezetimibe monotherapy, bempedoic acid monotherapy, statin/ezetimibe (fixed) combination, bempedoic acid/ezetimibe fixed combination, or other statin fixed combinations - Potential for optimization of adherence based on 15-STARS/self-report
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subcutaneous therapy with a lipid-lowering agent (PCSK9 inhibitor; inclisiran).
