Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older with a current or recent inpatient hospital stay, as well as hospital staff. Sufficient German language skills to complete the questionnaire or participate in interviews. Ability to provide informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals under 18 years of age. Lack of ability to provide informed consent. Insufficient German language skills to participate in the survey or interviews.
